Our intention is to put our expertise and vision at the service of a project focused on the future development of an area we consider unique for its characteristics and opportunities, namely the gulf and the Trieste plateau.
LAHRES will be fully engaged in high-end development seen through a particular perspective, specifically "a distinct living concept," which is both innovative and eco-sustainable, inspired by what the city of Trieste holds dear in its DNA: being the beacon, the capital of Mitteleuropa's evolution.

Our activities range from non-seasonal tourism development to consulting for the many commercial and industrial entities already present in the area that we support in product evolution and international growth, to the enhancement of existing sports, natural, and traditional areas that the territory already offers but need support to regain their original beauty and open up to a broad global audience. Our high-end real estate management is therefore aimed at enhancing the territory and meeting specific international demands, up to the support and promotion of particular cultural events. These are the activities that LAHRES engages in with the goal of decisively contributing to the creation of a new tourist-commercial area that we like to call: the pearl of the northeast.
